The Interact Club conducted its second session under the Outreach Initiative, aimed at empowering students with essential life skills and awareness about important contemporary issues.
The interactive session focused on time management, decision-making, cyber safety, and mental health awareness. Through discussions, real-life examples, and activities, students learned to organise their schedules, prioritise tasks, avoid procrastination, and maintain a healthy balance between academic and personal responsibilities.
Students also participated in practical exercises on decision-making and problem-solving, learning to analyse situations, think critically, and make informed choices. The session on cyber safety highlighted risks such as cyberbullying and privacy breaches, along with ways to maintain online security.
The programme concluded with a discussion on mental health and emotional well-being, encouraging students to recognise stress, manage emotions, communicate openly, seek help when needed, and support their peers with empathy.
The enthusiastic participation of the students made the session engaging and meaningful, marking another positive step in the Interact Club’s outreach initiative.
