 Registration & Application Procedure

 

The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education and follows the 10+2 system of education.

Parents can register their child for admission to Gyan Devi Sr. Sec. School Sector -10 using any one of the following options-

 Option 1 - Offline Procedure/At School Office

1)  Registration Form (with fee of  Rs. 1000/- as Registration charges) can be taken from the School Account Office and submit the said form          to same office duly filled and attached with all the required documents.  Timings : 8 am to 1 pm

2)  The school session is from April to March.

Option 2 - Online Procedure/Through Website

 1)  Click Online Registration Tab on website and open the Application Form.

 2)  Fill all the mandatory fields that are given in the form.

 3)  Make the payment online and Save the receipt of the same. Payment Confirmation Receipt is required to be attached with the Application           Form while submitting it to the School.

 4)  Print the complete form.

 5)  Sign the undertaking of the Application form (last page).

 6)  Submit the form with all the required documents and Online Payment Confirmation Receipt at the School Account Office in between 8 am           to 1 pm.

List of documents to be attached (applicable for both procedure Option 1 and Option 2)
 

1)   Birth Certificate of the Student (Photocopy)

2)   Address Proof (Photocopy)

3)   Class last studied Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate of Board/School

4)   Registration No. of  CBSE allotted in Class IX ( As applicable)

5)   Transfer Certificate & SLC (MIS Portal) of last school attended (In original)

6)   Migration Certificate from other than CBSE Board (As applicable)

7)   Passport Size Photos of Student (4 Copies)

8)   Passport Size Photos of Parents (2 Copies each)

9)   Aadhar Card of Student, Mother and Father or Guardian (1 Photocopy each)

10) Parivar Pehchan Patra(PPP ID) proof of Student, Mother and Father or Guardian (1 Photocopy each)

11) Please note: Staple all documents to the top left-hand corner of the Application Form

12) The details filled in the Admission Form must match with the details as given in the  Birth Certificate and Aadhar Cards.

13) The above documents (recently self attested photocopies) must be produced along with  the filled Admission Form.
