National Unity Day, celebrated annually on October 31st to honor Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birth anniversary, was marked with enthusiasm at our school. The event was made special with the presence of students from Government School, Kadipur, who joined in the celebrations, accentuating the spirit of unity and collaboration. The event began with a special assembly organized by Class VIII C, highlighting the significance of Sardar Patel’s efforts in uniting India.
A skit depicting the Bardoli movement showcased Sardar Patel's leadership in the farmers’ protest, emphasizing the values of resilience and unity. The students also presented a melodious song on the theme of national unity, followed by a graceful dance performance that celebrated India's diverse culture. The assembly concluded with the unity pledge, reaffirming the students' commitment to the country's integrity.
The School Principal, Ms. Sheena Yadav addressed the gathering, urging the students to uphold Sardar Patel’s vision of a united India. The celebration ended with the National Anthem.
