The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education, organized the "Veer Gatha 4.0" competition aimed at fostering patriotism and civic consciousness among students. This initiative was designed for students from classes III to XII and encompassed a variety of creative activities.
At the school level, students in classes III to V participated in a painting and drawing competition on the theme "My Role Model: Gallantry Award Winners," reflecting their admiration for these brave individuals. Students in classes VI to VIII also took part in a painting and drawing competition that focused on the theme "The Spirit of Patriotism." Meanwhile, those in classes IX and X wrote essays on topics that highlighted the life stories and sacrifices of gallantry award winners. This competition aimed to promote awareness of these heroes and inspire students to reflect on the values exemplified by their courage and dedication.
Through their creative expressions, participants gained a deeper understanding of bravery and sacrifice in the service of the nation.
