Teachers' Day Celebration 5/09/24

The Teachers' Day celebration at our school was a joyful and earnest event. The day began with students organizing the first half, which included a morning assembly led by teachers. Yashika Yadav of class XII A delivered a heartfelt speech, followed by a beautiful poem from Sanya of class XII B. A self-composed song by class XI students was a tribute to their mentors. In her address, the School Principal praised the students for their well-organized program and reminded everyone that teachers deserve recognition daily for their dedication to nurturing young minds. Students also played the role of shadow teachers, experiencing the dedication teaching requires. 

The second half of the celebration featured a scrumptious lunch, hosted by the School Management. It was organised in our school and  was graced by the presence of the School Chairman, Capt. J.S. Yadav and Managing Director, Ms. Neena Yadav. It was a delightful occasion where teachers from all the branches gathered, fostering a sense of unity and appreciation. The School Principal, Ms. Sheena Yadav, delivered a warm welcome address, where she praised the teachers for their hard work and commitment. Her words echoed the sentiment of respect and admiration that everyone in the room felt.

To add an element of fun, several engaging activities were organized for the teachers. This was followed by a special lucky draw, where teachers from all branches had the chance to win exciting prizes. The event concluded with the announcement of the Best Teacher Awards. Ms. Monica Arora from Gyan Devi Kindergarten, Sector 10, Ms. Anshu Sachdeva from Gyan Devi Montessori School, Sector 9, Ms. Dolly from Gyan Devi Public School, Sector 17, and Ms. Mamta Singh from Gyan Devi Senior Secondary School, Sector 10 were honored for their outstanding contribution to their respective schools. They were recognized for their dedication, innovative teaching, and positive impact on their students' academic and personal growth.

The celebration ended on an inspiring note with the words of motivation and encouragement from the School Chairman, who appreciated the teachers for their relentless dedication and urged them to continue making a difference in the lives of students.
