Public Awareness Workshop on Road Safety 17/07/23

A Public Awareness Workshop on Road Safety was conducted for the students of classes IX to XII by Parivartan: Ek Prayas NGO run by Adv. Dharamvir Verma and Mrs Sapna Hindusatni. Both of the speakers had been associated with social works like beautification of the city and giving awards to citizens who follow traffic rules. Adv. Verma has been working on various other social causes also since 2008.

The workshop aimed to educate students about the importance of road safety. The workshop covered topics such as common causes of accidents, safe driving practices, and pedestrian safety. Interactive activities and demonstrations actively engaged students in learning. Videos and banners were shown to reinforce key concepts. The workshop successfully raised awareness and provided practical strategies to prevent accidents. 

By empowering students with road safety knowledge, the workshop contributed to creating responsible and informed youth. The School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav in her address showed gratitude to the speakers for the things that they taught the kids so effortlessly. She motivated the students to bring an improvement in the world around them without waiting for another moment.
