To aid the development of physical skills, such as hand-eye coordination; functional movement skills and strength; and academic, self-regulatory, and general life skills, Sports Week was organized for the students of classes VI to XII.
The week commenced on 15 October wherein students of Classes VI to VIII participated in Inter House Kho Kho competition for both girls and boys. The School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav flipped the coin for the toss and the matches were played with great enthusiasm.
On 17 October Inter House Volleyball tournament was held for boys of classes IX to XII. On 18 October Inter House Basketball tournament was held for girls of classes IX to XII. Overall the event was a grand success with enthusiastic participation and infinite energy shown by all the participants. The results are as follow.
The School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav felicitated the winners and participants with medals and certificates. She also urged every student to take part in sports activities enthusiastically as sports play an important role in the holistic development of a child.
