Wildlife Week Celebration 15/10/22

"An animal eye has the power to speak a great language."

With an aim to protect and preserve India's flora and fauna Wildlife Week is celebrated every year. To commemorate the same a special assembly was conducted by the students of class VI C. The event began with the speech accentuating the need and importance of protecting flora and fauna.

The students enthusiastically presented a beautiful skit highlighting the devastating effect of human greed for economic growth. The skit gave a strong message not to destroy the natural habitat of various species of fauna. The dance on songs 'Mat Kaato' & 'Prem se Humko Jeene Do' also stressed on the saying 'Live & Let Live'. Through a mellifluous song, students spread awareness to conserve and protect wildlife.

The School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav appreciated the efforts put in by the teachers and the students as a team to make the event successful. She reiterated the fact not to harm the animals and grow more trees as we have borrowed this earth from our children and not inherited it from our forefathers.
