Swami Vivekananda believed that youngsters in India are the chain that binds our past to a greater future. It is imperative for the youth to be aware about the social realities and challenges. Keeping this view in mind, a special assembly was organised virtually by the students of class X B to commemorate the National Youth Day on 12 January 2022.
The assembly was graced by the School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav and the School Vice Principal. The programme began with a video presentation on the National Youth Day highlighting its history and theme of this year. It was followed by an insightful speech on Swami Vivekananda's life and his contribution to nation building. The presentation urged the students to follow the ideals of Swami Vivekananda - "Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached.”
The School Principal applauded the efforts of the students and affirmed that a nation can only progress if its youth is resolute and energetic.
