Payment of fees

  1. Payment should be made either through bank draft or local cheque/NEFT/RTGS space payable at Gurugram only. No post-dated cheques or cash will be accepted.
  2. At the time of admission, payment should be made only through a Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS.
  3. Fees/dues must be paid by 10th of due month, failing which a fine will be levied. Fees instructions are to be strictly followed, which are prescribed on the back of fee slip.
  4. In case a cheque is dishonoured, the fee will thereafter be accepted with a fine in cash.
  5. Underpayment of fee will be treated as non-payment of fee and will be subject a late-fee-fine.
  6. If the fee/dues are not paid by the end of the month, the name of the pupil, will be struck of the roll and re-admission will have to be sought.
  7. The school reserves the right to de bar a student from appearing for any test or assessment, if his or her dues are not clear.
  8. Fee timing – 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on all working days.
  9. Once a student leaves the school, his /her security deposit should be claimed within one year of leaving. No application for refund of security deposit will be entertained after this time period.
  10. The security refund cheque once issued by the school, should be encashed within three months of issuing date. No fresh cheque would be issued unless it is rejected by the bank.
