Debate is a method of formally presenting an argument in a disciplined manner. It improves knowledge and oratory skills of the students. Keeping this in mind an Inter House English & Hindi Debate Competition was organised for classes VI to X on 16th July 2016.
From each house one student spoke for the motion and the other spoke against the motion. Two students from each house participated as interjectors. Students presented their views enthusiastically and showcased their oratory skills as well as analytical skills effectively.
Devanshi Singh (X A) of Aravali House and Yashika Arora (X A) Nilgiri House secured the first postion in the English Debate Competition whereas Prerna Tiwari (IX B) of Aravali House and Vashu (VIIC) were at the first position in the Hindi Debate competition. The winning participants were given certificates by school Principal.
