Teachers' Day Celebration 02/09/21

"The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau."

To celebrate the engrossment and accomplishment of teachers and also the primacies that they have established in  the field of education, Teachers’ Day was celebrated in the school with great enthusiasm and exuberance. The occasion was graced by the School Chairman, Managing Director and Pro Chairman. 

The first leg of the celebrations was hosted by the students of Class XII. The programme began with a song ‘Shukriya’ as an ode by the students to express their heartfelt gratitude towards the teachers. The school Head Boy Naman Mishra in his speech poured his heart out as he thanked the teachers for their hard work. A wonderful powerpoint presentation dedicated to the teachers was indeed enthralling. A poem by Kashish of XII B, a euphonious Sanskrit song by Anushka Thapliyal of XII A and an energetic dance performance mesmerized the audience.

Moving on with the celebrations, in the second part Funlympics were organised for the teachers wherein they all got a chance to rejuvenate and relax themselves. The Funlympics started with lighting of the holy lamp and the games were declared open by the School Chairman. Games like Singing Marathon, Book Balancing, Hook Step Challenge brought forth the innate sporting spirit of all the teachers. The highlight of the Funlympics was the Fashion Parade wherein teachers showcased their graceful ramp walk.

The School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav spoke about how teachers have put in their best efforts in such difficult times also. She further mentioned that accomplishing the vision of the school would only be possible with support & unflinching team spirit of the teachers.  The program concluded with the School Chairman's address. He  lauded the efforts of the students and motivated everyone with his inspiring words.
