“Lets nurture the nature so that we can have a better future”
To spread awareness about the threat to the environment due to rising pollution levels and climate change, Primary Wing of Gyan Devi Senior Secondary School, Sector-10 celebrated the World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. The theme for this year was 'Ecosystem Restoration' with the slogan of 'Reimagine, Recreate, Restore'.
Students of Class III and IV performed various activities during the celebration. Some students recited poems, some made beautiful drawings showcasing how the environment could be kept clean and safe. A few students shared motivational environmental quotes and others planted saplings in their kitchen gardens.
Students of Class V showcased their love for nature by making posters on the topic 'World Environment Day'. Students participated whole heartedly and enjoyed the celebration.
