Republic Day Celebration 25/01/21 & 26/01/21

To kindle the true spirit of unity and sovereignty 72nd Republic Day was celebrated virtually by the students of classes III to VII. The celebrations started on 25 January with a special assembly conducted by the students of primary wing. The event began with a speech followed by a beautiful dance mashup on patriotic songs. The highlight of the assembly was an ode to the unsung heroes who have contributed a lot to the welfare of the society. The assembly concluded with a motivational poem 'Ade Raho'.

The celebrations continued on 26 January when the students of classes VI & VII showcased a wonderful event on the theme 'Self-Reliance' & 'Be Vocal for Local'. The occasion was graced by School Chairman, Capt J. S. Yadav and Managing Director, Mrs Neena Yadav. The programme began with a warm welcome address by the School Principal, Ms Sheena Yadav. In her speech she said that we can make our country great by following rules, keeping it clean and helping each other. She further praised the indomitable spirit displayed by everyone during these times of COVID-19. It was followed by a melodious Saraswati Vandana to seek blessings of the Almighty. The theme of the program was beautifully highlighted through a myriad of cultural activities which included a skit showing how we were atmanirbhar in olden times also. A rap on our country's step towards becoming atmanirbhar again was breathtaking & the mime displaying the theme 'Be Vocal for Local' stressed the fact that how we all can bring a difference by adopting swadeshi. The programme drew to a close with a dance performance that instilled a feeling of fervour and patriotism in everyone's heart. 

In his address, the School Chairman mentioned that children are the future flag bearers of our nation and can achieve any goal with hard work and sincerity. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the Vice Principal.
