An Inter-School Competition, “Carpe Diem” – Seize the Day, was organised by SD Adarsh Vidayalaya, from 10th December to 17th December 2021. Rakshit Yadav of Class XI participated in ‘Recite a Verse: Seize the Day’. He won the SECOND POSITION in this category, thus proving his oratorial skills.

Spellathon Quiz – 30.11.2021

An Inter-School Spellathon Competition was conducted at Euro International School, Sector – 84, Gurugram, on 30th November, 2021. Kritika Dahiya, Class VIII and Tiya Yadav, Class VII, participated as a team and won laurels for the school by winning the FIRST PRIZE. Congratulations to our students!!

Paramparik Kala Utsav - 2021

An Inter-School Art Fest – 2021 was conducted by Salwan Public School, Gurugram, on 20th November 2021. Vishesh Yadav of Class VIII, participated in the Gond Painting category and was awarded the ‘GOLD STAR AWARD'. In the Kalamkari Painting category, Karishma of Class XII was awarded the 'SILVER STAR AWARD’.  

 

Debate Competition - 27.10.2021

An Inter-School Debate Competition was organised by Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir, Sidhrawali, on 27th October 2021. Rakhit Yadav of Class XI participated in favour of the motion, ‘Virtual World has become more real than the Physical’. He won the SECOND POSITION in this category, thus proving his oratorial skills.  

 

Solo Song Competition - Bharat Vikas Parishad -15.09.2021

A solo song competition was organised to explore the vocal skills of students. 13 schools of Gurugram participated in this event. Our participant, Aanchal Sharma, won the “FIRST PRIZE” in this event.

 

Wrestling championships in Moscow - 30.05.2021

Our young champion, Bhanu Pratap Singh Sehrawat of Class VI A, has done our school and country proud, by

Online International Cultural Fest

Delhi Public School, Sector 45, organised an online International Cultural Fest(2021), comprising various events.  Our students participated in some of these events. Instead of awarding the usual First, Second and Third prizes in all events, the judges awarded High Commendation Certificates, Appreciation Certificates and Participation Certificates to the competitors, based on their performances.

 

The team of  Vanshika Yadav, VI A and Khushi Yadav, VII A, made a PowerPoint presentation on Computer and was awarded the High Commendation Certificate for the event, ‘Possibility to Reality-Mobile Game Illustration’.

 

Hitansh Yadav, IX A, got the Appreciation Certificate for the event, ‘Earth-I Want my Life Back’.

Diva Yadav, VIII A, got the Appreciation Certificate for the event, ‘Behind the Mask-Self Caricature’. 

In the event, ‘A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words’, Tiya Yadav, VII A, was awarded the Appreciation Certificate.

The team comprising Riya Dalal, Kanishka Lohia and Sanaa Dhiman, all of Class VII A, was awarded the Appreciation Certificate for the dance event, ‘Kavitvya’, based on a poem/song on environment.

It was a commendable effort by the students, as they prepared for these events from home, without any direct, face-to-face guidance from their teachers.

 

Camel Art Contest 2019 (August 1 – Sep 30 2019)

Camel Art Contest was conducted by Camlin Kokuyo during the month of August and  September  2019. All the students of Classes LKG to XII participated in this contest. 

Tavish of class UKG and Vishesh Yadav of class VI  and Lakshit Mukhiya of class XB got the Zonal appreciation awards.

 

Chitrankan’ - Online Inter-school Art Fest

An online Inter-school Art Fest titled ‘Chitrankan’, was organised by Amity International School,   Sector - 46, Gurugram, on 28th November 2020. Our students participated in various events.

Hitansh Yadav – VIII A, won the 3rd Position in the ‘3D Relief ' event and Yashvi Dalal – IXA, won the 3rd Position  in the ‘Body Art' event.

 

Cognitiva Spiritus (Art) Inter school competition

An online Inter-school Art Competition titled ‘Cognitiva Spiritus’ was organised by Amity International School,   Sector - 43, Gurugram, on 25th November 2020. Our students participated in various events.

Yashika Yadav – XI B, won the 2nd Position In the ‘Inside Out' (Body Art) event.

 

SWAPNIL RANG – 2020 Navotsarjan – “ A New Beginning”

An online Inter-school Dance Competition was organised by Lions Public School, Sector 10-A, Gurugram, on 7th November 2020.

In the ‘Duet Dance’ event, our participants, Ravleen Kaur – VII B and Simran – VIIA, won the 2nd Runners Up Prize.

 

SYMPHANIA – An Extravaganza of Talents

Under the aegis of GPSC, a Virtual Inter-school Competition, ‘SYMPHANIA- An Extravaganza of Talents’, was held in Aravali Public School, for the students of Classes 6 to 10, on Monday 5th October, 2020. The students of our school participated in the ‘Poster Making Contest’.

Hitansh Yadav of Class VIIIA stood Second in Category I (classes 6 to 8). The topic was ‘The Lungs of our Planet are on Fire’. Lakshit Mukhiya of Class  XB stood Third in  Category II (classes 9 and 10). The topic was ‘Two sides of a Story - COVID -19’.

Overall it was an enriching experience for the students.
