A workshop for teachers was conducted by Mr. Gulshan Kumar Goel on 28.05.2025, in the Kalawati Auditorium. The topic was - 'Financial Literacy - Investor Education and Awareness'.
The primary objective of the workshop was to raise awareness about personal finance management and retirement plans. The resource person also focused on long term financial planning and literacy.
A lot of information was given on various ways to invest money, specially after retirement. Mr. Goel discussed about better money management, informed investment decisions, avoidance of financial pitfalls, prepartion for emergencies and improving standard of living.
Mr. Gulshan Goel discussed about various types of accounts like saving A/c, current A/c, fixed deposit A/c, R.D A/c etc. He focused on investment in shares, mutual funds SIP, digi-gold and pension plans.
Teachers expressed interest and asked relevant questions They gained a lot of knowledge about financial planning and expressed their appreciation to Mr. Gulshan Kumar Goel.
