Hindi Diwas

Hindi Diwas, which falls on 14th September every year, was celebrated through a Special Assembly on 27.09.2023, after the completion of the Half Yearly Exams. The Assembly started with the 'Maha Mantra', which was chanted by the students in a beautifully soothing and melodious manner. Students of classes IX and X then gave a speech and recited beautiful poems about the importance and the beauty of the Hindi language. A poem on the usage of idioms in Hindi was recited by Khushi Dahiya of IX B. This highlighted the different ways in which various food items find mention in the Hindi idioms, to convey thoughts and feelings of everyday life.

The assembly ended with the National Anthem.
