A one day school picnic to DELTA 105

A one day school picnic to DELTA 105, Manesar, was organised on 03.02.2023 by the YUVA Tourism club of the school. Students of all classes from Nursery to XII, were full of enthusiasm as they set off for the picnic. The picnic spot was spread over a vast area of 40 acres. As the students reached, they were served a delicious breakfast, after which they partook of various adventure activities which included some unique military activities in a fun and educational way - Commando Crawl, Commando Net, Shooting, Burma Bridge, Balance Beam, Pithoo Race, Trampoline, Magic Show, Grenade Throwing etc. The USP of the place was the highest and longest zipline of NCR. The Camel Cart and the Horse Cart rides were enjoyed by all, specially the junior students. All the activities were done under the expert supervision of trained instructors. 

For the holistic development of students, these kind of activities are a must as they help in developing self - discipline, teamwork, responsibility and collaboration skills in students. After the tiring activities, an appetizing lunch was arranged for the students in the Jawan's Mess. At the end, students danced to their heart's content on foot tapping numbers. Overall, the Picnic was enjoyed by all.
