Wildlife Conservation Week was organised in school from 4th October to 10thOctober 2021. The main objective was to make students aware of the importance of wildlife and to encourage them to preserve it.
To mark this occasion, special assemblies were conducted on different dates by students of different classes, from V to X. Students gave speeches, recited poems, and spoke meaningful thoughts regarding the importance of wildlife. A pledge was read out by Shikha, Class VI, and it was repeated by all the students assembled there. A poster making competition was also organised for classes VI – VIII. Students of class V enacted the roles of different animals and spoke a few lines about their characteristics. In all, it was a good show put up by the students.
