Celebration of Hindi Diwas

Hindi Diwas, which falls on 14th September each year, was celebrated by the students of Classes X and XII, through a Special Assembly. The importance and the beauty of the Hindi language was brought out effectively through various speeches, poems and the ‘dohas’ of Sant Kabir.  It was conveyed that we should be proud to speak in Hindi, as we can express all thoughts, feelings and emotions so eloquently through this medium.

Principal Ma’am too, recited a beautiful poem which highlighted the significance of this language, which has officially been given the status of the National language of our country. She appreciated the efforts put in by the students and   the Hindi and Sanskrit teachers in organising the event sucessfully.

The Assembly ended with the National Anthem.
