Teacher’s Day Celebration

Teacher’s Day Celebration as well as the Investiture Ceremony 2021, were organised in the Kalawati Auditorium on 7th September 2021.

The Head Boy and the Head Girl had been selected by a due process and had the honour of getting their badges pinned on, by our honourable Chairman Sir and M.D Ma’am respectively. The three House Captains also got their badges pinned on by their respective House Mistresses. Two students were also bestowed the badges of Discipline-in-charge. These members of the Student Council then took the oath, which was administered by Principal Ma’am.

The Teacher’s Day Celebrations began with a beautiful Guru Vandana, followed by a Special Assembly conducted by the teachers. The beautifully soothing and melodious Maha Mantra was followed by the English and Hindi thoughts, and the ‘news with a twist’ was sportingly read out by Chairman Sir.

Students then represented their teachers and paid tribute to them. The group song, as well as the Solo song by Aanchal, also highlighted the contribution of teachers in a Student’s life. There were also a couple of games which were enjoyed by all. When the events were over, Chairman Sir addressed the gathering and appreciated the events one by one. He gave an inspiring talk, giving examples from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s life.

The vote of thanks was given by Vice Principal ma’am and the function ended with the singing of the National Anthem.
