Virtual Celebrations - 15.08.20

Our School celebrated 3 important occasions on a virtual platform. Students of classes III to XII participated in the International Youth Day, Janmashtami and Independence Day Celebrations.

The event was graced by the Chairman of Gyan Devi Group of Schools, Capt. J.S. Yadav, Managing Director Ma’am, Pro Chairman Sir, Director Academics Ma’am, Principal,  Gyan Devi Senior Secondary  School, Sector – 10, Head Mistress, Sector – 9, Parents, teachers and students.

The anchors Himanshi Yadav of class XII and Harsh Yadav of Class X guided the viewers through the various stages of  the celebrations.

The cultural programme online commenced with the National Pledge by Tanya Parmar of Class XI, followed by a soulful rendition of the national song by Aanchal of class XI. A spectrum of divine and patriotic poems, speeches, songs and dances were exhibited by the students. The exuberant performances received much deserved appreciation from everyone present.

The event concluded with the Vote of thanks by the Principal and an inspiring speech by the Chairman. In his speech, Chairman sir greeted everyone on the 74th Independence Day and conveyed his best wishes to all the parents, teachers and students. The event ended with the rendition of  the National Anthem.
