The festival of Dussehra was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion in our school on 26 September 2025, highlighting the eternal message of the victory of good over evil.
The program began with a captivating puppet show presented by the teachers, depicting the inspiring story of Lord Rama’s triumph over Ravana. Through this creative act, the values of truth, courage, and righteousness were brought alive for the children.
A touching poem recitation by a UKG student followed, where the young learner eloquently spoke about Lord Rama and his noble qualities, winning everyone’s hearts.
The celebration continued with a vibrant Garba performance by the girls of Classes III and IV, which filled the atmosphere with festivity, rhythm, and joy. The dance showcased the spirit of unity and cultural richness that festivals bring.
On this occasion, the Headmistress encouraged the students to imbibe the qualities of Lord Rama in their lives— to be kind, brave, and respectful towards elders.
The event concluded with the message that Dussehra is not just a festival but also a reminder to conquer the evils within us and live with truth, compassion, and integrity.
