To help our young learners connect with their surroundings and understand the important places in their community, the students of Classes Nursery to II were taken for a Neighbourhood Visit.
Accompanied with their teachers, the children visited nearby landmarks such as the Mandir, Fire Station, Police Station. At each stop, they observed how these places play an important role in our daily lives.
The visit to the Mandir gave them a glimpse of cultural and spiritual values. At the Fire Station, children were excited to see fire engines and learn about the brave work of firefighters. The Police Station visit helped them understand the role of police in keeping us safe. The lively Market showed them how people buy and sell goods.
This experiential learning activity made the children curious, observant, and more aware of the community helpers who make our lives easier and safer. The smiles on their faces and the eagerness to share their experiences reflected the success of this joyful and educational outing.
