Janmashtami Celebration

 The festival of Janmashtami was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at our school on 14 August 2025, bringing alive the divine leelas of Lord Krishna.

Our tiny tots of Nursery, LKG and UKG looked adorable, dressed up as Radha, Krishna and Gokulwasis. They joyfully participated in the Matki Decoration Activity, beautifully designing colorful matkis which they proudly carried home as a special souvenir of the day.

A vibrant Jhanki showcasing the various leelas of Shri Krishna – from his birth, Kalia Nag dahan to the divine moment of lifting Govardhan Parvat – was presented, along with soulful bhajans and a melodious Krishna song.

Adding to the festive spirit, the Dahi Handi celebration brought excitement as students formed a human pyramid to break the handi, recreating Lord Krishna’s playful tradition with zeal and energy.

The highlight of the celebration was the presentation of Shri Krishna’s Geeta Updesh, where students conveyed the timeless message of performing one’s Karma (duty) with sincerity and devotion.

The programme was presided over by respected Pro Chairman Sir and other distinguished guests . In his inspiring address, Pro Chairman Sir emphasized the importance of doing our duty as children and as responsible citizens of India, reminding everyone that true devotion to Krishna lies in righteous action and discipline in life.

The entire celebration filled the atmosphere with festivity, devotion, and joy, while also instilling in young minds the values of truth, duty, and selfless action.
