Our school celebrated the 76th Republic Day of India with great enthusiasm and pride on 24 January 2025. The event was a vibrant display of patriotism, creativity, and unity, highlighting the talent and dedication of our young learners.
The celebration began with a soulful speech by Elina Malik of class IV, recounting the significance of Republic Day and the values of our Constitution. It was an inspiring reminder of the responsibilities we carry as citizens of this great nation.
Following the speech, Mihika Kamboj of class I recited a heartfelt poem that beautifully captured the spirit of patriotism and paid tribute to the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. The rhythm and emotion in her words left everyone in awe. Our students also performed captivating rhythmic and pyramid yoga sequences, symbolizing harmony and balance. The graceful postures reflected India's rich cultural heritage and the importance of well-being. A melodious patriotic song sung by the students filled the air with pride and unity. The celebration continued with a Nukkad Natak presented by students of class II, where they made us aware of some of the rights of citizens of India as per our constitution. It was followed by an energetic dance performance from some students of classes Nur., Lkg and Ukg.
The celebration was a wonderful opportunity for our students to understand the importance of this national day and express their creativity. It was a day filled with learning, joy, and patriotic fervor, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present. The Chief Guest, respected Pro Chairman Sir, in his speech appreciated the hard work of all the students and teachers and also encouraged everyone to work together for the wellbeing of our country.
On 26 January 2025, the national flag was unfurled representing our commitment towards the constitution of India.
