Raksha Bandhan is a special and pious bond between brother and sister. The celebration of this bond not only marks the protection of a sister by her brother in time of need, but also, it is the mutual commitment of safeguard, protection and bonding of each other.
On 16 August 2024, the students of classes Nursery to II, celebrated Raksha Bandhan in the school premises. Class II, presented a skit, through which the message conveyed was that one should not be greedy for gifts only, during the festival, as Raksha Bandhan is festival of love and affection which we share with our brother and sister. Students of classes Nursery to UKG, came in party dress, and were overjoyed to tie Rakhi on the wrist of their classmates. The vibrant, colourful rakhis and innocent smiles brightened the ambience and lifted the spirit of all.
