Earth Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 22nd April 2025 in our school premises, aiming to inspire students to appreciate and care for our beautiful planet. The entire school community came together dressed in vibrant green attire, symbolizing growth and harmony with nature. The school hall was beautifully decorated with green-themed crafts, creating a lively and refreshing atmosphere.
The celebration began with a thought-provoking poem recited by the talented students of Class 2, setting the tone for the event. Following this, the budding poets from Class 1 mesmerized the audience with their heartfelt poetry, while the melodious voices of our school choir filled the hall, uplifting the spirit of the day.
As part of the celebration, students expressed their thoughts on the importance of protecting the Earth by writing reflective pieces and drawing theme-based illustrations in their drawing files. The activity not only encouraged creativity but also deepened their awareness of environmental conservation.
Principal Ma’am addressed the gathering, sharing insightful thoughts on how each of us can contribute to preserving our planet. Her words served as a powerful reminder and a motivation for the students to take small yet meaningful steps towards a greener and healthier Earth.
