Keeping the festive spirit alive amid this pandemic, the students of class II celebrated the festival of Dussehra on 22nd Oct'2020 on virtual platform. Our Respected Principal ma'am, the teachers and the audience were welcomed. The celebration was anchored by our little hosts 'Kavya 'and 'Tamanna'. Various activities glorified the occasion. To mark Lord Rama's victory over Ravana, Hindi and English poems were recited by Hardik and Deepali respectively. The students reinforced the message that good always triumphs over evil through a melodious song. The students learnt about the Indian mythology and the importance of the festival through the story of 'Maa Durga and Mahishasura' told by our young narrators, ' Arshiya, Siddhi and Yuvika'. A glimpse of Gujarati dance - garba was shown by our little dancer 'Tanvi'. Our tiny tots attired in the traditional costumes successfully created a festive and serene atmosphere.
The show was concluded, with the kind and motivational words of our Respected Principal ma'am. She praised and encouraged our students and teachers as well and wished everyone a happy and safe Dussehra.
