Green colour is symbolic of prosperity and happiness of culturally vibrant India. So the kindergartners went Green to celebrate 74th Independence Day on virtual platform on 14th August 2020. All the students and teachers were beautifully dressed up in the Nature's colour- Green. They were shown how to create green colour by mixing blue and yellow colour. The teachers encouraged them to become friends with the colour green, eat green vegetables and plant saplings on special occasions. The students also came up with green colour objects to show to their facilitators and friends.They recited poems, sang songs and danced to the green colour song. Later they enjoyed lady finger/thumb/cotton/leaf painting and shared the pictures displaying their creativity.The celebration helped them to learn about the beauty of the colour Green and also its impact in our lives
