The 6th International Yoga Day was observed differently amid the Covid -19 pandemic as it was conducted virtually by our school this year. The teachers and students performed various asanas under the guidance of school sports teacher. She also shared various  benefits of practising yoga regularly. The yoga session included yogic jogging, several forms of pranayaama, tadasana, vriksasana, trikonasana, bhujangasana and many more. To encourage students to stay fit, active and improve concentration, they were suggested to perform various asanas everyday.

Regular practice of yoga will surely help the students to achieve a better life physically, mentally and spiritually.
