In India, mythology has been an internal part of our lives.The powerful stories on mythologies not only entertain us but also teach us a lot about our culture and traditions. More importantly they teach valuable lessons like being honest, doing the right things and standing up for family and friends. A Fancy Dress Activity on the theme of 'Ramayana' was conducted for classes LKG and UKG on 28 September 2022. Students were very excited wearing costumes of different characters of Ramayana like Raja Ram, Rani Sita, Vanvasi Ram, Vanvasi Sita, Lakshman, Hanuman, Shabri etc. They introduced themselves and spoke two - three sentences about the characters they were portraying.This activity helped the students to overcome their stage fear, bring out their inner talent, give them a platform to build their self-confidence and explore their inner strength.
