 Registration & Application Procedure

Parents can register their child for admission to Gyan Devi Montessori School Sec-9 using any one of the following options-

 Option 1 - Offline Procedure/At School Office

1) Registration Form for a fee of Rs.1000/- from the school account office between 8 am to 1 pm. Duly fill it and submit it with all the documents at the school account office between 8 am to 1pm.
2) The school session is from April to March

Option 2 - Online Procedure/Through Website

 1) Click Online Registration Tab on website and open the Application Form.
 2) Fill all the mandatory fields that are given in the form.
 3) Make the payment online and Save the receipt of the same.Payment Confirmation Receipt to be attached with the Application Form while submitting it to  School.
 4) Print the complete form.
 5) Sign the undertaking of the Application form (last page).
 6) Submit the form with all the documents and Online Payment Confirmation Receipt at the account office between 8 am to 1 pm..

List of documents to be attached (applicable for both procedure Option 1 and Option 2)
 

  1)  Birth Certificate of the child
  2) Address Proof
  3) Transfer Certificate -Original copy(if applicable)
  4) Passport Size Photos of Child(4Copies)
  5) Passport Size Photos of Parents(2Copies each)
  6) Aadhar card copy of Child, Mother and Father or Guardian
  7) Parivar Pehchan Patra ID (PPP ID) copy of Child, Mother and Father or Guardian.
  8) Please note: staple all documents to the top left-hand corner of the application.
  9) The details filed in the form must match the details as given in the birth certificate and Aadhar card copy of child and parents.
  10) The above documents(recently self attested photocopies)must be produced along with the filled application form.
