HEALTHY FOOD WEEK – Feb. 2018

The Primary Classes observed Healthy Food Week in the second week of February 2018. Children brought healthy food items in their lunch-boxes such as vegetable pulao with curd, chana chaat, different fruit and vegetable salads as well as vegetable rolls. The teachers emphasized on the importance of a balanced diet which should have sufficient amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins. Students were also taught about hygiene and table manners.

Sitting in the sunshine and eating with friends was a wonderful experience for the students.
