The “World Health Day” was celebrated in the school on 7 April wherein various activities were carried out. The Junior classes celebrated the day by making colourful posters with catchy slogans and also prepared fruit salad to emphasize the importance of healthy food.
On the other hand the Health and Wellness club organised a talk show on the theme of this year - Depression. Students discussed the causes and effects of depression and shared their views on building up of stress in their day to day life, particularly during examination..
The talk show was summed up by Principal Ma’am by emphasizing on the importance of healthy food, meditation and exercise. All in all it was an educative and informative event.
