To honour the hard work and determination towards teaching and rejuvenate the teachers 'Funlympics' was organised in Gyan Devi Senior Secondary School. The celebration was graced by Chairman sir, MD mam, Pro Chairman sir and Principal mam. It was an effort to make the teachers feel special and refreshen them from their busy schedule. The event gave opportunity to the teachers to relax and show their innate talent through a vista of fun games like book balancing, singing marathon, hook step challenge and most importantly fashion parade, which was the key attraction of the function. The words of appreciation and motivation from Chairman sir and Principal mam thrilled the teachers.
Further extending the celebration, the students of Kindergarten showed their gratitude, love and respect towards the teachers by reciting poems, delivering speech, singing songs, making cards and even enacting their favourite teacher on virtual platform. The warm and innocent gestures from the little ones were overwhelming and gave the feeling of more responsibility on the shoulders of teachers as it's truly said "The parents are the first teachers, but TEACHERS are the second parent".
