Chairman's Message

Since its inception in 1983, Gyan Devi Public School has successfully completed over three decades of imparting quality education to students. From a humble beginning, the school has gradually evolved over the years, keeping intact its sturdy foundation built on a strong value system. We have added three branches Gyan Devi Montessori School ,Gyan Devi Middle School and Gyan Devi Kindergarten which are testaments to the brand name which is synonymous with quality, commitment, hard work and discipline. The journey has been a successful and satisfying one.

I can proudly say that at Gyan Devi, we have a talented, dedicated and caring team of teachers, each of whom works diligently to ensure that the abilities of the children in our care are nurtured and developed completely. These teachers work as a team to make the school a very special place for the child. Various activities are conducted throughout the year to bring out the hidden potential of students. Values and attitudes of these students are nurtured intrinsically and extrinsically through assemblies, plays, clubs, campaigns and various competitions. The school also has a well furnished library, laboratories and a spacious playground, along with special provisions for vocal and instrumental music, art and craft, dance and drama, educational trips as well as computer education.

Following the CCE pattern of the CBSE in letter and spirit, we aim at providing a broad, well-balanced and relevant curriculum. We encourage positive social behaviour, emphasizing on respect for ‘gurus’, for parents and elders, for the school, for school mates and for the environment. We provide a stimulating and enriching environment so that our students can enjoy all aspects of the learning process. We also value regular interaction with parents and regard the ‘home-and- school’ partnership as an essential part of the education process.

Our ex-students have done us proud by excelling in various professional fields, both in India and abroad. We feel really humbled when they visit us as confident young adults and tell us that they attribute their success to their alma mater. We shall continue to work hard for the holistic development of our students, so that they go out into the world as truly global citizens of tomorrow.

I close with warm regards to one and all.
